Und mal wieder: Achtsamkeit

Es fällt nicht immer leicht im Hamsterrad, dass wir Alltag nennen, inne zu halten und das Tempo zu drosseln. Statt zu ent-schleunigen, be-schleunigen wir oft, ohne es zu merken, indem wir mehrere Dinge gleichzeitig tun, nochmal kräftig in die Pedale/auf das Gaspedal treten, um doch noch schnell über die Ampel zu kommen, mal eben nebenei einen Coffee to go schlürfen, Mittagessen telefonierend und Mails und Neuigkeiten checken...

Und doch merken immer mehr Menschen, dass ihnen dieser hektische Alltag nicht gut tut. Ent-schleunigung scheint hier das Zauberwort, Slow-Food & Co. sind in aller Munde. Doch wie entschleunigt man eigentlich ganz konkret? Im folgenden Artikel finden sich 5 konkrete Übungen, mit dem mehr Achtsamkeit in den Alltag integriert werden kann.

    of course like your website but you have to take a look at the spelling on several of your posts. Several of them are rife with spelling issues and I to find it very troublesome to tell the truth however I'll definitely come back again.

    I was curious if you ever considered changing the page layout of your site? Its very well written; I love what youve got to say. But maybe you could a little more in the way of content so people could connect with it better. Youve got an awful lot of text for only having 1 or 2 images. Maybe you could space it out better?
